- Proof of secured interest (for home: mortgage; for car, car title, etc.)
- Account Number
- Amount of Debt
- Value of the secured property
- For Judgments or Lawsuits, you need:
- Court Case Name
- Case Number
- Court name and address
- Date of Complaint or Judgment
- Amount of Claim
- For each unsecured debt, you need:
- Your Income
- Copies of your last 2 months pay stubs
- Copies of your last 2 years tax returns
