- For example, a Creditor may file a suit to claim that a credit card was fraudulently opened because the Debtor misrepresented his/her solvency when applying for the credit card and never intending to pay the debt back, or that the Debtor simply transferred debts from one credit card to another with the intention of filing bankruptcy and never paying the debt back
